White-Label Portal
Your portal runs at order.yourclinic.com, not on a third-party URL. DNS verification and automatic SSL certificate provisioning are built in. Clients never see a third-party brand.
Each portal is configurable with 10 independent color settings, custom fonts, custom logo and favicon, welcome messaging, confirmation email templates, support contact information, and privacy notices. Portal configurations can be exported as JSON and imported into new portals, making multi-clinic rollouts fast.
This is not a white-label with a logo swap. It is a fully configurable client experience that your organization controls end to end.
Intake Flow
The intake flow is a multi-step wizard that adapts to your portal's configuration. Steps include client information, specimen manifest, product selection, advance directives, agreement signing, payment, and confirmation. A simple portal can be three steps; a full-featured one is seven. Each step appears only when relevant to the portal's configuration.
Clients sign agreements digitally using a contract template engine with variable placeholders. Directive questions customize agreement content (for example, "How many years of storage?" with the answer inserted into the document). Signed agreements are generated as PDFs and stored permanently.
Payments
Payment-gated intake ensures clients complete payment before their intake is finalized. Webhook-verified payment confirmation from Stripe and Revolut. Admin override is available for phone or check payments.
Client Authentication
Returning clients authenticate with magic links or WebAuthn passkeys (biometric). No passwords to manage, forget, or compromise. The client portal gives returning clients visibility into their specimens, agreements, and order history.
Email Identity
Portal emails (magic links, order confirmations) come from your clinic's email address, not from a generic platform address. Three-tier SMTP fallback ensures delivery: portal-level, organization-level, instance-level.
