OpenCryo tracks LN2 consumption over time and computes rolling average consumption rates adjusted for how often each tank is accessed. Linear regression trend analysis reveals whether a tank's consumption is increasing. Predicted refill dates are calculated from the current rate. Anomaly detection flags tanks consuming significantly more than expected.
Peer comparison ranks each tank's consumption profile against the fleet average for its container type. Percentile ranking shows where each tank stands relative to peers. This makes it easy to identify underperforming equipment that may need servicing or replacement.
Maintenance Protocols
Define repeatable maintenance procedures (for example, "LN2 Tank Fill Log") with schedules, measurement fields, and threshold alerts. Group multiple containers that need the same maintenance into a single round. Track completion and record measurements.
Warning and critical thresholds trigger alerts when measurements fall outside acceptable ranges. Thresholds can be overridden per container to account for equipment with known characteristics.
